terms and conditions-shipping and returns

TRADE-IN

  • Trade-in equipment can not be worth more than 65% of the sale price of the new item toward which you are trading.
  • A trade-in can only be traded in for new custom order PASS Labs audio equipment.
  • We do not accept deposits or partial payments. 
  • After the credit has been applied, the remaining total of the custom order must be paid in full before it is shipped to you. 
  • We cannot place any audio equipment on hold.
  • We can not cancel orders on trade-in equipment.
  • We cover the shipping costs on new PASS Labs equipment being shipped to you; however, customers are responsible for the shipment costs or any extra fees associated with all trade-in equipment.
  • If you don't consider your new PASS the perfect fit and choose to return the audio equipment you purchased, it must be shipped within ten days of receipt; after this time, the sale will be finalized.
  • All custom order PASS equipment comes with a three-year PASS factory guarantee.
  • All returned audio equipment must be returned in the same condition that it was received, including the original factory box, owner's manual, remote control AC cord, and in excellent condition.
  • Damaged audio equipment or equipment not returned in the same condition it was received won't qualify for a refund, so we cannot accept it as a return.
  • Once the audio equipment is returned on time and approved by our team of experts, a 30% restocking fee and shipping costs will be taken off the full amount. The remaining amount will be refunded to you via the same payment method with which you paid us within a few business days.


IN-HOME

  • No previously loved PASS Labs products are eligible for the in-home demo program -Powered by PASS; only custom-order equipment will be available.
  • To join the In-Home demo -Powered by Pass- program, all customers must complete our online form and submit a written email to our experts.
  • If you don't consider your new PASS the perfect fit and choose to return the audio equipment you purchased and demoed, it must be shipped within fourteen days of receipt; after this time, the sale will be finalized.
  • All returned audio equipment must be returned in the same condition that it was received, including the original factory box, owner's manual, remote control AC cord, and in excellent condition.
  • Damaged audio equipment or equipment not returned in the same condition it was received won't qualify for a refund, so we cannot accept it as a return.
  • Once the audio equipment is returned on time and approved by our team of experts, a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be taken off the full amount. The remaining amount will be refunded to you via the same payment method with which you paid us within a few business days.


Pre-Loved Pass equipment


  • No previously loved PASS Labs products are eligible for the in-home demo program -Powered by PASS-; only custom-order equipment will be available.
  • Returns and exchanges are not applicable for pre-loved PASS equipment.
  • All refurbished pre-loved PASS equipment comes with a one-year factory warranty.
